Our November section meeting will begin with updates from the AACE International Education Board and the AACE Women in Project Controls Committee (WPC).  The technical presentation will provide an overview on how to create user-designed layouts and reports using P6 Visualizer to present an enhanced examination of project schedule status information.  P6 Visualizer was released by Oracle more than five years ago, but is underutilized despite its decidedly customizable functionality.

This meeting will include virtual/webinar participation by the North Florida, Arizona, and Dallas/Fort Worth Sections of AACE International.  Come join members from three different local sections for an evening of networking, sharing, and learning opportunities!

Marina Sominsky has over 15 years experience in project controls and information technology in the government, aerospace, defense, construction, semiconductor and transportation industries.  Ms. Sominsky is currently serving as the Chair of the AACE Education Board and has given four presentations at the AACE annual Conference & Expo.  She has a BS degree in Chemical Engineering and holds EIT registration in Kansas as well as certification as a Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) with AACE International.

Cindy Whitmill, PSP, Chair - AACE Women in Project Controls Committee
Cindy Whitmill is an accomplished professional with over 15 years of experience working with the energy industry and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).  Ms. Whitmill is a Senior Consultant with Cobec, working as a scheduling and cost controls specialist on major transmission, substation, industrial, facility, and environmental projects.  She has a BS degree in Biology from Idaho State and holds certification as a Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) with AACE International.
