Note:  This is the Final North Florida Section and Board Meeting of the 2018-2019 Program Year.  Our next meeting will be Thursday, 12-Sept 2019.

Program AACE’s Rising Professionals Committee
This presentation will serve as an introduction to AACE International’s Rising Professionals Committee, its mission, and its objectives.  We will provide an overview of the Rising Professionals Committee’s four main initiatives – Academia Outreach, Industry Outreach, Organizational Outreach, and Contents and Events.  Finally, we will discuss opportunities for local section members to get involved with the Rising Professionals Committee in the upcoming year.

Speakers Sunny Goklani, BAC, BMC 
Project Controls Analyst for the Wood Group
Sunny Goklani is based in Philadelphia, PA.   He has served as the Chair of AACE Internatiional’s Rising Professionals Committee since 2017.  Sunny has a Masters of Engineering degree from Texas A&M and a Bachelors of Technology from CEPT University.

Daniel Gilmour, PSP
Manager of Planning and Scheduling for Brasfield & Gorrie
Daniel Gilmour is based in Atlanta, GA.  He serves on the AACE International Planning and Scheduling Committee, the Mentoring Committee, and has been a member of the Rising Professionals Committee since 2016.  Dan earned a BS in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

person.  RSVP's are required.  Please reply by 5 p.m., Wednesday,
08-May 2019 and specify for Meeting Only, or Meeting with Dinner.
Walk-ins cannot be guaranteed a meal.  Everyone is welcome.
Bring a friend, colleague, or anyone who may be interested.

Chicken in Lemon Tarragon sauce, potatoes & carrots or:
Sauteed Zucchini & Mushrooms with Pomodoro sauce
served over Black Bean pasta  (vegetarian option)
Dinner Rolls, Garden Salad, Dessert:  TBD
(Gluten-free option: Fruit & Whipped Cream)

Advance reservations required by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, 05/08/2019.
Payments may be made by check/cash at the door (exact change appreciated),
or by credit card (fee applies). In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please inform us at least 24 hours before the meeting.

For those who cannot attend in person, we are offering live Webinar attendance via Cisco Web Connect.  Please register by Wednesday 05/08/2019, and an invitation including the Webinar link will be e-mailed to you.  For those AACE members who hold professional certifications, Webinar attendance counts toward renewal points as long as online attendance for the entire presentation is verified.
